Drifting Notice
1、 Preparation before drifting
1. Preservation of Items
(1)It is prohibited to carry water sensitive items such as cameras and mobile phones.
(2) Wearing earrings, necklaces, and other valuable items is prohibited.
(3) Please do not carry large amounts of cash when checking in valuable items.
(4) Drifting without contact lenses, please fix the frame glasses with rubber bands.
2. Wearing method of life jacket
(1) Choose a complete life jacket.
(2) Fasten each strap, please wrap the bottom strap around the front and fasten it at the back. After wearing, please carefully check if it meets the standards.
2、 Notes on Drifting
(1) Swimming is prohibited in the entire river section
(2) No Barefoot Drifting
(3) Do not remove life jackets
(4) Do not sit on the bow of the boat
(5) Please do not play in the water or linger during the drifting process
(6) Please pay attention to the warning signs and reminders along the way
(7) When passing through rapids, the bamboo pole should follow the boat parallel to it, grab onto the inner handrail of the boat, and lean forward slightly to maintain the balance of the boat.
(8) If there is a critical situation such as capsizing or stranding, the boat should be stabilized, a foothold should be found, and the body should stand (or stand upright). Shouting loudly or blowing the rescue whistle should remind the shore lifeguards to rescue.
(9) Please follow the instructions of the staff.
Drifting Safety 16 Word Mantra
Obedience: When crossing dangerous rapids, obey the commands of the crew;
Calm: If the ship capsizes, you don't have to panic at all, because you are wearing a life jacket;
Not leaving: not getting off the ship to swim, not leaving the ship to move, not taking off life jackets;
Attention: During the drifting process, please pay attention to the arrows and slogans along the way and be alert to dangerous rapids in advance;
Balance: During rapids, the bamboo pole should be parallel to the hull, grab onto the inner handrail of the hull, and lean forward slightly to maintain the balance of the hull;
Not in a hurry: When the boat is stuck, you should stabilize the boat and find a foothold before standing up. When stranded, please disembark and only get back on board when you find a deeper area;
Clothing: Bring an extra set of clothes, even the most basic drifting can get wet;
Bravery: With the above preparations, the most important thing is to take courage on the road.
